We will stroll through the ancient streets of this lively city, where art and history can be found in every corner.

Taste the typical dishes of Umbrian cuisine, such as tortelli alla folignate and porchetta, and pair them with a good glass of Sagrantino wine.

Our first destination feels like stepping into a colorful painting: Spello is one of those hidden gems that leave you speechless.
A riot of colors awaits, with flowers blooming on balconies and in gardens, creating a visual feast that fills the streets with charm. A visit to this enchanting town brings a priceless feeling of relaxation.
Pedaling from Spello to Assisi, breathe in the aroma of centuries-old olive trees as you cross the “Via degli Ulivi.”
Let your eyes marvel at the view of rolling hills and medieval villages, while the rich scent of olive oil accompanies you throughout the journey.
Arriving in Assisi, the Basilica of San Francesco stands majestically on the hill—are you ready for a journey through time?
The spirituality of this mystical city is everywhere—in its medieval streets, in its bustling artisan squares, and in the breathtaking glimpses that appear between its stone houses.
But you don’t truly know a land until you taste its fruits!
That’s why an authentic olive oil tasting awaits you—become an apprentice taster for a day!
After so many emotions and discoveries, we return to Foligno, where you can enjoy a free evening wandering through its charming streets and soaking in the atmosphere.

Our journey through time continues—today, we pedal straight into the Middle Ages!
And what better place to experience it than Bevagna, a town renowned for its perfectly preserved historic center?
Here, walls, towers, palaces, and medieval squares create a truly unique atmosphere, transporting you back in time.
Riding along the famous Assisi-Spoleto cycle path, we reach Montefalco.
From this hilltop gem, the view of the Umbrian countryside is breathtaking, earning it the nickname “Balcony of Umbria.”
Feel the peace and tranquility that surrounds you as you explore this enchanting medieval village.
On this trip, your connection with nature will be total.
To top it all off, a local winery welcomes you with a delicious lunch, featuring regional specialties that will delight your taste buds.
Finally, we return to the present as we head back to Rome in the afternoon, carrying with us unforgettable emotions and beautiful souvenir photos of this magical journey.
